2018 has been an incredible growing season here in the Portland area! We have been hard at work, as always, supporting people in growing their own organic food at their homes. And now that the rain has finally arrived, we are taking some time to have a look back at all that we have done over the last 10 months!

Hello Friends, The blistering heat of Summer feels far away now. It's hard to believe it was just a few months ago that we were harvesting tomatoes to our heart's content from our vegetable gardens! As is our custom, we wanted to take a moment to look back on the year and remember some of the highlights of the work we do helping people grow organic food. Ahoy! It has been quite a little while since I posted here on the PEG Bog, and it is high time for an update on the activities of Portland Edible Gardens! Today's rain looks like it just might give way to a run of beautiful weather, so before we get back to it, I thought I would give an update about our recent activities!

Well the summer went whizzing on by, and somehow its already November!! So much has happened these last few months and now that the rain has arrived I find myself with a little more space to breathe deeply of this fine Fall air. I thought I would take this morning to put together a little photo journal of what Portland Edible Gardens has been up to these last few months!

Nurseries have not been spared from major disruption during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Lots of people have had difficulty accessing plants, seeds, and supplies. So we wanted to take a moment to compile some local resources for home gardeners looking for help!
